Meet Dr. Reagan Flowers
A little bit about her passion.
Dr. Reagan Flowers is a cause-driven social changer, pioneer, innovator, and entrepreneur. Dr. Flowers is redefining traditional education with her research, training, curriculum, and strategic private/public partnerships. Her work is changing the way people see, think, and experience STEM. She is founder and CEO of C-STEM Teacher and Student Support Services, Inc. and she’s also managing partner of Education Consulting Services, LLC.
Dr. Flowers high-level STEM engagement strategies create life changing opportunities for talented students, and she is considered by many to be a trailblazer in the field of STEM. Her work is founded on the principles of standing up and standing out, a balanced combination of the traditional and non-traditional. BIG ideas and AUDACIOUS GOALS have allowed Dr. Flowers to make waves with forming STEM communities.
Dr. Flowers work is bridging the STEM achievement gap that persists among underserved and underrepresented students. Her programs have impacted more than 200,000 thousand students nationally and internationally. Her work in STEM education has been recognized by The White House, World Innovation Summit on Education, and 100 Women Leaders in STEM—just to name a few.
Dr. Flowers holds a BS in Biology from Texas Southern University, MA in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University, and PhD in Education Leadership from the Union Institute and University. Dr. Flowers finds balance in work by spending time with her husband, reading, writing, traveling, listening to music, and cooking.
